Co-Founder, Director & Co-President - EMBA Global A/E Class of 2012

A life-long real estate enthusiast, Jacob E. Miles brings years of professional and personal property experience, as a real estate broker, condominium investor, landlord, and a commercial lease manager in New York City. Skilled in management and finance and having lived in NYC for some two decades, Jacob is a relationship-builder at heart and is passionate about connecting sellers and buyers to create ideal real estate outcomes.

 

Prior to joining Halstead Real Estate, Jacob was the Director of Finance and Administration at the global IT services company Enstoa, where he also managed the firm’s commercial leases. Earlier, he was an Executive Director and Business Manager for CIBC’s U.S. investment bank, and, before that, was a business analyst at A.T. Kearney. Jacob earned an MBA (dean’s list distinction) from the Columbia Business School and an MBA from the London Business School, both as part of the EMBA-Global program. Previously, he received a B.S. (magna cum laude) in International Business Administration from Babson College.  

Conversational in Spanish and Portuguese, Jacob considers himself a global citizen, having traveled to, studied in, or lived in more than 60 countries. He is an enthusiastic supporter of human rights, and has been active in various LGBT-equality causes.

Mr. Lenny Kharitonov is a Co-Founder of Unlimited Furniture an innovative and fast-growing furniture retailer. He is also the President of the company’s ecommerce and software businesses.  The company was formed in 2004.  Today, Unlimited Furniture is a market leader among privately held companies that specialize in mid to high end furniture sales and interior design, using best in class technology and social media.

 

Mr. Kharitonov was born in Moscow, Russia.  He earned a certificate in Global Affairs from New York University in 2006 and a Masters of Business Administration from CBS/LBS EMBA Global Program in 2012.  Mr. Kharitonov also serves as a Board Member with the Metropolitan Furnishings Association. In the past Mr. Kharitonov was a Co-Founder and an Executive Director of the Bensonhurst Business Club, a community organization aimed at uniting local businessmen in Brooklyn, NY.  He is also involved with many non profit organizations.

Natasha Sharma works in the Strategy and Banking organization in Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management.  She is leading GWIM’s report evolution strategy where her focus is on optimizing the current reporting framework, managing reporting visualization infrastructure and deploying executive management and field facing automated reporting solutions using data visualization tools. 

 

Since joining the firm in 2014, Natasha has worked on various firm wide initiatives, spanning across multiple business units and product areas, gaining breadth of knowledge in product, client analytics and field management strategies.  As a Business Intelligence professional, Natasha has extensive experience in enterprise level data management and data visualization & automation tools.

 

Natasha is an EMBA Global A/E Class of 2008 Alumnus where she earned dual MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.  She graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Finance and a Minor in Statistics in 2001.   

 

Natasha resides in Jersey City, NJ and enjoys spending time in NYC.  As the Co-President of the EMBA Global Club, she oversees club’s online infrastructure and overall growth strategy by collaboratively organizing educational, networking and social events for the members.
